I am wrong about the characters and background of the acid suspects. He lives on HK Island, only aged 23.
More importantly, he is suspected to commit the Causeway Bay cases, but not Sham Shui Po and Mong Kok (see his background here by MingPao).
But the glad thing is, the police can finally do something about the cases.
